Nick Grodzicki, a licensed real estate agent in both Florida and Michigan, specializes in luxury waterfront properties and high-end condominiums throughout the South Florida area. To provide clients with exceptional service and an elevated closing rate, he uses an integrated approach of fine-tuned negotiation techniques, attentive communication tailored to each client, and an exclusive international network of brokers and real estate professionals.

Since joining the South Florida real estate community, Nick has proven to be an up-and-coming force from South Miami to Jupiter. He received training with one of South Florida’s most successful real estate groups within Douglas Elliman, and flourished with them until switching to ONE | Sotheby’s International Realty to become more independent and to focus on creating his own team. In a short period of time, he has infiltrated the extraordinarily exclusive market using a multitude of skills including his intuitive ability to navigate professional settings and his persistent and unrivaled communication strategies. All of this, combined with an insatiable thirst for success, has helped Nick to secure over $30 million in listings in the past year alone.

Nick is extremely passionate about real estate and will stop at nothing until his clients are satisfied, “I put my life into my work. Seeing my clients happy is my ultimate goal and I will do anything to reach it.” In order to attain this, he ensures all clients receive 24/7 communication, prompt updates, effective digital and print marketing strategies, frequent open houses and chic broker opens in order to quickly and effectively make the sale of their property.

Coming from a background of real estate agents and business owners, Nick’s family instilled in him the value of a hard work ethic and high standards, encouraging Nick to work and create his own businesses throughout his youth and young adulthood. Nick graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.A.A. in their innovative Entrepreneurship program and minors in Professional Sales and Management, then promptly moved to South Florida to follow his dreams of becoming a luxury real estate agent. A six month period abroad in a Costa Rica Spanish immersion program helped him to gain insight on the Spanish language and culture that he knew he would encounter in the Miami-Dade area. He has also traveled through many of the Caribbean Islands, Mexico, and Europe, gaining vital cultural knowledge that he now uses in South Florida’s diverse community.

Nick’s goal is to provide clients with a personable, seamless, and successful experience in the buying or selling process of their luxury properties. He will stop at nothing to ensure satisfaction and happiness, even if that means waking up in the middle of the night for a phone call, or playing an acoustic concert at your open house with his guitar and equipment from days of professional entertaining at various events and concerts. His lovely new wife is also always there for support; fluent in both English and Spanish and is his right hand woman when it comes to his professional life!
